The College of Science organized a workshop entitled solid waste management.

 It has been presented by Assist. Lecturer Enas Awni Mahdi .

The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of solid waste, its types, sources, and effective methods for its management and treatment. The goals of solid waste management how to achieve sanitary landfilling of waste, the conditions to be taken to choose and establish a sanitary landfill site.
