The dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr. Ali Abdul-Imam Al-Riahi, and his assistants, in the presence of some of the heads of departments and faculty members, organized a silence in memory of the victims of the genocide suffered by the children of the Yazidi component and other Iraqi components, and in memory of the souls of all the martyrs of Iraq who sacrificed themselves for the unity of Iraq.
