A lecturer at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Mr. Moataz Hikmat Othman, in the Department of Ecology, published an article entitled Electromagnetic Pollution is a Permanent Danger

The article included a detailed explanation of how electromagnetic waves arise and spread in the environment and the negative effects on health resulting from magnetic fields, the results of which appear over varying periods of time during a person’s life.

The article was published in the Iraqi “sky” news agency, which outlined how to reduce the harmful health effects of electromagnetic pollution through several measures, including reducing the use of personal electronic devices, removing them from the sleeping place, disconnecting electrical devices from the electrical source when not in use, and other methods.
