The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the Higher Education Award competition for reading for students of primary studies in all Iraqi universities.

The minister of Education set the value of the prize at one hundred million dinars, distributed to twenty winners by five million dinars for each student, and the prize is based on the competition to read the book (conditions of Renaissance) by the Arab thinker Malik ibn Nabi.
