The minister of higher education and scientific research, Dr. Naim al-Aboudi, has approved the calculation of the academic year 2023/2022 as a year of non-failure for students whose enrollment has been upgraded for the said academic year exclusively in the morning and evening preliminary studies of government and civil for all academic levels. 
 
The decision excluded those who were promoted due to fraud, disciplinary penalties and forgery in accordance with the instructions in force, while students who fail with the loading materials will be dealt with with their cases according to paragraph 11 of the minutes of the seventh meeting of the RAI Commission.
