Within the framework of the French e-learning project launched by the Francophone university agency (AUF) to accelerate the digital transformation of higher education in the Middle East (FSPI) in cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of higher education and scientific research, the University of Basra has begun training its teaching staff from all faculties, numbering more than 250 teaching and teaching staff on the reverse grade course divided into small groups not exceeding twenty participants in each course.
