The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled (Immune response to microbial invasion) by the graduate student Ashraf Ali Mohammed The study aims to present a theoretical and practical statement about the immune response during the invasion of microbes and foreign antigen as well as the signalling receptors which it has been called pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) there two type of (PRRs) pathogen associated molecular pattern (PAMPs) and damage associated molecular pattern (DAMPs) as the study discus the signalling receptors (TLRs,NLRs, CLRs,RLRs) and the phagocytosis processes and inflammatory response were on the list of the study .finally the immune response towards virus and the receptors that indicate its existence also interferons that works as warning sign to prevent the infection antiviral state.
