The study aimsThe current study aims to establish a local study of PCOS patients within the study area in order to determine the possible causes of this syndrome and, as a result, design an effective treatment plan conforms to the patient's condition.

To evaluation of hormonal disturbances during polycystic ovarian syndrome, by determination the level of AMH and Inhibin B., and included This study was designed to assess the levels of FSH, LH, Testosterone, AMH, Inhibin B, Irisin, Alpha-fetoprotein and IL 1- Alpha.  In the Iraqi province of Thi Qar, there is a relationship between hormones and PCOS in women. This study included 75 patients with PCOS who attended private clinics in the governorate and who were diagnosed according to Rotterdam and 50 women a healthy women as control group, with ages from 18-43 years, and the study was recommended As a recommendation for this study's conclusion, we should mention:
