On the occasion of the university’s celebrations of its founding day in the month of April, the College of Sciences, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Jalal Jabbar Hassan, and in coordination with Dr. Widad Mezban Taher, and in cooperation with a number of lecturers, employees and students of the College of Science, conducted a campaign to plant different types of trees, shrubs, and flowers, so that the College of Science and the University of Basra appear on their birthday in the best and most beautiful way.
