The College of Science / University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled (Pathology and pathophysiology outlines on celiac disease) by the graduate student (Noora sabah hanoon ). The study aims Knowing the changes caused by celiac disease (a disease allergic to wheat) in Basrah patients. Celiac disease is an immune disease that induces in the individual a natural and acquired immune response as a result of eating wheat since wheat contains gluten that induced immune response in people suffering from Celiac disease. This caused mal absorption of vitamins and important minerals leads to complications like (anemia) and liver diseases and liver dysfunction .
