The lecturer in the Department of Ecology at College of Science, Dr. Nayef Mohsen Aziz, participated in a seminar on human rights between reality and ambition, which was held at the College of Education for Girls.

The seminar included a discussion of the human right to live in a clean and sustainable environment. The seminar dealt with an explanation of the current environmental reality of Basra Governorate and ways to improve it so that the Basra citizen enjoys his right to a clean healthy environment free of pollutants.
