The College of Sciences in the Department of Mathematics discussed a Ph.D. thesis on (The fixed point theory in some types of metric spaces) for graduate student Amina Karim Youssef.
The thesis aims to study the concept of fuzzy rectangular metric-like spaces. The thesis included extending some properties related to this space. Also, several results were proven about the fixed and common fixed points in a space similar to the fuzzy rectangular b-metric space using some contraction conditions such as the Girabti type and the implicit relation and others.
