The study included the preparation of new compounds and studying their effectiveness against bacteria and fungi and studying the relationship between the practical values obtained from the effectiveness against microbes and the values of the association between the compounds and the proteins of bacteria and fungi through the study of molecular docking.

The results of the study showed that some of these compounds showed excellent effectiveness against specific types of microbes. On the other hand, the study indicated that these compounds have moderate toxicity according to the toxicity study classification.
