A PhD thesis titled  (Design and Study of the Optoelectronics and Nonlinear Optical Molecules by Quantum Mechanical Methods) was defended at the College of Science, Department of Physics on )July 13, 2023), for the PhD Candidate  Samira Fakher Resan. The thesis aims to Design nanomaterials with high optoelectronic and nonlinear optical properties, which have big attention because of their importance in photonic, optoelectronic, and other devices that use light to carry information, optical switches, sensors, modulators, harmonic generators, optical computing, optical data processing, and optical data storage.
