The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra organized a seminar on the diversity of spiders in the wetland environment.

The episode in which the master's student, Rawa Khalaf Abdel-Razzaq, lectured, aims to explain the importance of the diversity of spiders.

  The study dealt with explaining the important role of spiders in the food web within the marsh environment and their relationship with wetland plants.
