Discussion of diploma  at the University of Basrah entitled Preparation nanostructure photo sensor for security application

A project titled Preparation nanostructure photo sensor for security application was defended at College of Science, Department of Physics on )June 29, 2022), for the postgraduate Candidate  Murtadha Kareem Neama. The aim of the project is theft protection system that designed based on a photosensitive, examined current-voltage characterization (I-V) for the sensor as well as the study of the time response of the sensor at the voltage of 1V, 3V, 5V observed that the fastest response was at the voltage of 3V, the Arduino UNO was relied on in the design and programming of the system that operates a camera and captures a photo and transmits it via telegram once the place, the programming language used C++ through IDE program.
