Master Thesis at Basraha University to be discussed (Antimicrobial activity of nanoparticle)

Amaster's thesis at the University of Basraha (Antimicrobial activity of nanoparticle synthesis from some medicine plants), and showed the researcher's thesis (Alaa Sadiq Hanish(included the identification of the strongest extracts of the studied medicinal plants as antimicrobials and their use in the synthesis of AgNPs and the determination of their biological activity against pathogenic bacteria through the water and alcohol extraction of the studied medicinal plants Quercus infectoria olivier , Urtica dioica L. , Matricaria chamomilla L., Crataegus oxyacantha thuill and Curcuma longa L. the results showed that the crude extract of Q . infectoria peels contain a high percentage of phenolic compounds and tannins, and the effectiveness of AgNPs is higher than that of the crude extract of Q . infectoria . The study recommended of conducting future studies on the plant extracts of Q . infectoria and AgNPs and combining them with antibiotics and studying their synergistic action and their use as anti-fungals and anti-tumors.
