The College of Science at the University of Basrah Organized a seminar entitled(Effect of co-expression of SARS-CoV-2 spike (s) and NSP-7      

plasmids on innate and adaptive immune response ) by the graduate student/Master Ruaa Salim Hameed The study aims 1-Evaluating the effect of Co-expressing of both S or/and NSP7 SARS-CoV-2 encoding plasmids on innate or/ and adaptive implicated genes.

2-Evaluating the effect of co-expression of both S or/and NSP7 SARS-CoV-2 on Ig production.

5. And included:The Virus genome have two large groups of proteins which is encoded by ORFs: nonstructural proteins NSPs 16 proteins and 4 structural proteins, spike (S), envelope (E ), nucleocapsid (N) and membrane proteins(M).
