The Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Basrah honored Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Fadel Al-Shahwan, Dean of the College of Science at Basrah University, in appreciation and gratitude for his support for the union, his professional work, his academic ethics and his great scientific efforts.
