The lecturers in the Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Dr. Dunya Ali Hussain and Mr Omar Abdul-Amer Al-Badran, participated in the Second International Conference on Environment and Marine Sciences, which was held at the College of Science.

The participation included a lecture entitled designing a digital program to assess the environmental situation in nature reserves with the help of Dr. Ayman Abdul-Latif Koyes. The study aimed to facilitate the task of environmental researchers in diagnosing the defect when it occurs, to obtain a quick and direct assessment of the state of nature reserves.
