The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a course for postgraduate students entitled (Biological Hazards in Research Laboratories and their   Classification). The course aims to train postgraduate students who have completed the course period and started the practical part of the study, to qualify postgraduate students for masters and doctorate studies for proper and correct handling in biological and medical laboratories.
