Master Thesis at Basrah University to be discussed the role of natural killer cells in associated with HLA-C molecules.

A master's thesis at the collage of science at the University of Basrah (The role of immune interaction between natural killer cells and HLA-C molecules in recurrent spontaneous miscarriage in women of Basrah province), and showed the researcher's thesis (Sarah Kareem Mohammed) Clarifying some of the immune cellular mechanisms involved in the mother-fetus relationship to establish some treatments for pregnancy problems such as recurrent spontaneous abortion.

The thesis aims to identify the immune disorders associated with natural killer cells and their activities through the use of inhibitory and activating receptors associated with the human leukocyte antigen HLA-C molecule, in addition to the role of some cytokines that induce the inflammatory response such as IFN-γ and IL-2, in addition to determining the levels of the IL-2β receptor which mediates the role of IL-2 function.
