Master Thesis at Basraha University to be discussed (The role of Visfatin hormone on lipid prfile and glucose in obese women)

A master's thesis  at the faculty of science  at the University of Basraha (Physiological study on the role of Visfatin hormone on lipid profile and glucose level in obesity women ), and showed the researcher's Thesis (Zahraa Mahmoud Hussain) . Thesis aims to measure the concentrations of Visfatin hormone and some other hormones that are secreted from adipose tissue in obese women as well as in women with diabetes and compare them with the control group. The study concluded that there was a significant increase in the concentrations of the Visfatin in women with diabetes and obesity when compared with the control group, as a compensatory mechanism for the decrease in the action of insulin. The study recommended conducting more studies on the relationship of Visfatin with diabetes for both types 1 and type 2 as well as conducting more studies on the possibility of controlling the secretion of these hormones and controlling some of the metabolic disorders resulting from them
