Haneen Aqeel Lafta, a faculty member at the University of Basrah’s College of Science and Head of the Human Resources Unit, participated in a workshop titled "Ministry Human Resources System Statistics: Towards an Integrated and Accurate Database." The workshop was organized by the Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Basrah’s Presidency and was attended by representatives from various colleges, including heads of Human Resources and Planning units.

The workshop discussed mechanisms for updating and verifying human resources data within the ministry's system, as well as the importance of establishing a unified, accurate database to support decision-making.

Participants emphasized the importance of completing the ministry system's database to ensure data accuracy and efficient processing.
