Master Thesis at Basrah University to be discussed(Immunological Microenvironment During Endometrial Carcinoma)

A master's thesis at the Faculty of Science at the University of Basrah (Immunological Microenvironment During Endometrial Carcinoma), and showed the researcher's thesis (Zainab W. Abdulkhaleeq AlAmeer). The thesis aimed to investigate the immunomodulatory characteristics of the tumor microenvironment in EC, specifically examining the immunohistochemical expression of NK cell markers and inhibitory receptors, their corresponding human leukocyte antigen ligands, and evaluating their relationships with age and clinicopathological characteristics. It concluded that EC is associated with alterations in NK cell–related immune markers and inhibitory receptor pathways, and recommended Future studies with larger sample sizes and complementary immunological and molecular techniques.
