The study aims to evaleuate the role of a group of tests or cardiac and inflammatory biomarkers in predicting and diagnosing coronary artery disease in all stages, whether Stable or unstable angina or myocardial infarction (heart attack) and included collecting blood samples from 60 patients for three groups and comparing them with a group of healthy subjects from Alsadr Teaching Hospital, Department of Cardiac Medicine and Surgery, in addition to the molecular detection of Chlamydia pneumonia with PCR technology and its role in the development of atherosclerosis prosess, which is the underlying cause of coronary artery disease and the study was recommended the necessity of conducting more studies to study heart enzymes and their role in early diagnosis, as well as the necessity of adopting these tests periodically and routinely and at early ages to monitor heart health, as is the case in sugar and fat analyzes.
