In recognition of outstanding academic and administrative competencies, Professor Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Ibrahim was honored by the President of the University of Basra for his efforts and active contributions to the World University Rankings Division, which led to our university achieving second place in the WURI (World University Ranking for Innovation). This honor was bestowed in appreciation of his role as a member of the Central Committee for World University Rankings and his contributions that have resulted in significant achievements, positively impacting the standing of the University of Basra/College of Science both locally and internationally.
