The Department of Physics at the College of Sciences, University of Basrah, participated with several scientific research papers presented by female students as part of the Rukn al-Imama Festival, which was held under the patronage of the General Secretariat of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and in cooperation with the University of Basra, at the Bab al-Zubair College Complex / College of Law.

The festival was attended by several religious scholars and a large gathering of female university students. The festival’s activities included a beautiful recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, as well as the presentation and discussion of a series of research papers addressing the life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and his intellectual and humanitarian approach.

During the festival, symbolic gifts and certificates of thanks and appreciation were distributed to the participants in recognition of their academic efforts and active participation.
