Thesis aims to investigate the relationship between biofilm and antifungal resistance and concluded The concentrations of antifungal agents are increasing compared to previous studies, indicating that Candida spp. is developing resistance, which is linked to its ability to form biofilms. The current study revealed that the clear relationship  among the antifungal resistance and present of HWP1, SAP1, and SAP4. and recommended . The study determination other virulence factors of Candida spp. phenotypically and genotypically with analysis their genes expression.
