Under generous patronage and in an atmosphere brimming with pride and honor, the Department of Life Sciences at the College of Science held its fourth-year graduation ceremony in the Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Adhab Hall within the department, with distinguished official and academic attendance.

The ceremony began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, imbuing the occasion with its spiritual spirit and profound meaning. This was followed by speeches expressing pride in this distinguished group of graduates.

The Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Adnan Abdullah Al-Mousawi, delivered a speech congratulating the graduates, emphasizing that this stage represents the beginning of their journey toward their scientific and professional futures. He urged them to continue their path of giving, excellence, and serving society with their knowledge and expertise. The Head of the Department, Professor Dr. Inam Mahmoud Najm, delivered a speech expressing her pride in her students, praising their efforts throughout their years of study and their perseverance in both theoretical and practical aspects, particularly in laboratories and applied research, which are the cornerstone of the life sciences specialization.

The ceremony was attended by the head and members of the Educational Guidance Committee, along with a number of faculty members and students from the department, in a scene that embodied the spirit of a unified academic family and reflected the department's commitment to supporting its students academically, educationally, and psychologically throughout their studies.

The ceremony included a segment honoring the graduating students, during which certificates of appreciation were distributed and commemorative photos were taken to document these special moments, amidst an atmosphere of joy and pride in the fruits of years of hard work and dedication.

This ceremony reaffirms the department's mission to prepare specialized scientific personnel in the various scientific fields of the department, contributing to supplying health, research, and educational institutions with promising scientific talents capable of serving society and keeping pace with modern scientific advancements.
