The presidency of the University of Basra organized an official celebration on the occasion of the university obtaining institutional accreditation for the period 2025-2027, in recognition of the exceptional efforts made by the quality teams in achieving the requirements and standards of accreditation.

The ceremony witnessed the honoring of the managers of the quality divisions in the presidency of the university in appreciation of their role in consolidating the quality culture and developing institutional performance systems in line with the approved national standards.

The ceremony also included honoring the director of the Quality Assurance Division at the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Dunia Ali Hussein, in recognition of her outstanding administrative contributions and her active role in supporting accreditation pathways and enhancing the quality of education and scientific research at the college.
