Under the direct guidance of the dean of the College of Science, Dr. Ali Abdulamam Abdul Zahra, a meeting was held today with the quality officials of the departments, in the presence of the assistant dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Adel Ali Abdul Hassan; the quality assurance officer at the college, Dr. Dunia Ali Hussein; and the assistant head of the mathematics department, Dr. Mohammed Sari.

During the meeting, the Iraqi standards for the quality of laboratories issued by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research were discussed, in addition to discussing the necessary preparations for the application of these standards, especially with regard to the technical requirements for the design of laboratories and laboratory devices.
