The College of Science organizes a seminar entitled "A Light from Surah An-Nur"

The Women's Affairs Unit, in cooperation with Al-Aqila Zainab Al-Kubra School (peace be upon her), the Continuing Education Unit, and the Student Activities Unit at the College of Science, University of Basra, organized a seminar entitled "A Light from Surah An-Nur."

The seminar aimed to provide a detailed explanation of Surah An-Nur, the meaning of light and the niche (mishkat), their significance, and their connection to Lady Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), the Mistress of the Women of the Worlds, and her role in spreading the light of guidance.

The seminar, presented by Ms. Marwa Yassin Muhammad from Al-Aqila Zainab Al-Kubra School (peace be upon her), included two main themes. The first theme concerned the interpretation of the verse of light and clarifying the true meaning of the words according to the narrations of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them). The second theme focused on the heart of Surah An-Nur, the verse of light, its spirit, the niche, and the niche, Fatima, the mother of her father (peace be upon her).

The lecturer recommended pursuing a cognitive study of the axis of the universe and the pole of prophethood and guardianship to reach the ultimate goal and perfection through knowledge of the pure daughter of the Prophet.
