The workshop titled Applications of Mathematics and the Fundamentals of Research Writing and Scientific Publishing, organized by the College of Science's Department of Mathematics, was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Jihan Mohammed Khudair, Assistant Professor Dr. Samahir Adnan Abdulghani, and Dr. Amani Jamal Fadhil over two days. The workshop aimed to introduce students to the key steps for developing a research idea, sequencing research information, and organizing tables and results to highlight the significance of scientific research. It also covered the most prominent and important electronic search engines, including Google, and explained the basic steps for accurately, easily, and systematically searching for scientific sources on leading mathematics research websites.
