The college of science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar on the study of piezoelectric architecture and the construction of a petrophysical model of the properties of the Musharraf formation in the northern Rumaila field in southern Iraq . The seminar delivered by researcher Shaima Hussein Khalil aimed to find out the types of piezoelectric architecture and conduct a qualitative and quantitative petrophysical analysis to form a supervisor . The study included knowledge of office work methods using well data and using programs, Excel, strater, Ip, Petrel , surfer and field work methods , which included describing the rock core of the study reservoir from two wells and making thin slices to describe : microfacies, Diagnostics processes, Porosity type.
