The College of Science in the Department of Mathematics held a training course entitled (Some programs used in preparing and printing theses and scientific research) for lecturers Dr. Ahmed Hussein Jassim, Mohammed Hamoud Hashim, and  Ayat Abdul Karim Hamid for two days. The course included teaching participants how to use the Latex program to create documents professionally, with a focus on scientific and mathematical applications. The course concluded with the distribution of certificates to lecturers and attendees.
