A lecturer at the College of Science at Basra University, Mr. Moataz Hikmat Othman, in the Department of Ecology, published an article entitled Environmental Education: A Step Toward a Sustainable Future.

The article, which included a detailed explanation of the concept of environmental education and its importance in the context of the increasing environmental challenges facing the world in general, discussed how to attract children to it and use different and diverse methods to stimulate their ideas and raise their awareness.

The article was published in the Iraq “sky” news agency, which outlined how parents and teachers use interactive educational methods and use technology to encourage curiosity, achieve the success of environmental education, and develop a spirit of responsibility towards their environment
