The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled (Molecular Characterization of Some Human Polyomaviruses in Cancerous Patients in Basrah, Southern Iraq) by the graduate student Akeel Abd Ali Abdul-Sahib Al-Abadi 

The study aims Study and diagnosis of Human Polyomaviruses and included Molecular detection and whole genome sequencing of Human Polyomaviruses and the study was recommended Early diagnosis of infection with Human Polyomaviruses.
