With the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, the Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra held a campaign to prepare a food basket containing dry food materials and distribute it to male and female students of the internal departments in the Karma Ali University complex.

These contributions are considered part of the contributions of the department and the college to social solidarity among Muslims, in addition to its contributions on the scientific side.
