The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra participated in a campaign of planting and cleaning the college’s gardens within the National Planting Day, which was announced by the Ministry of Environment and under the patronage of the President of the University, in the presence of the Dean of the College, under the supervision of the head of the Department of Ecology, teaching staff, and students of the department, and with the contribution of the college’s gardeners.
