The Department of Earth Science in the College of Science held a workshop for fourth-year students and graduates, as part of the development activity program for fourth-year students and graduates, entitled “How to employ knowledge and acquire skills while studying and directing them correctly and what is appropriate for the labor market.” The lecture was given by the senior consultant and geologist Mujtaba Haider Abdel Hafez. This activity will be monthly and in an advanced manner and will help the students. They must prepare themselves with the necessary skills required by the labor market in terms of personal and technical skills. This series of lectures and activities will continue until the end of the year and be integrated into summer training, interspersed with educational trips to oil sites.
