The presenter Nisreen Ghaze demonstrates the most important objectives of the study Preparation of a P-type material consisting of zinc oxide (ZnO) in addition to copper oxide (CuO) with the following formula (ZnO) 1-x (CuO) x, where x represents the following ratios( x = 0.5, 0.55, 0.6, 0.65, 0.7, 0.75), and then prepare an n-type material consisting of zinc oxide (ZnO) in addition to indium oxide (In2O3) with the following formula (ZnO)mIn2O3, where m represents the following ratios (2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 and 7), and zinc oxide (ZnO) in addition to aluminum with the following formula ZnO1-xAlx  where x represents the following ratios ( 0.005, 0.01 0.015, 0.02 0.025,and 0.03) .
