The university president's Cup tournament opened on Monday, 30/10/2023, with the first two matches between the College of Science and the College of Agriculture and ended with the College of science winning with a score of 9-1. the second match was between the College of engineering and the College of Pharmacy and ended with the College of engineering winning with a score of 12-0. the match was attended by the dean of the College of Science, Dr. Jalal Jabbar Hassan, and the assistant dean of Science, Dr. Alaa Hassan Abdullah, and the matches took place at the stadium of the College of science 
The tournament was supervised by the Student Activities Department in cooperation with the student activities unit at the Faculty of science
