The emergence of entero hemorrhagic E. coli gene ecvt1 in diabetic foot infections. The emergence of a strain O157:H7.The emergence of Klebsiella pneumoniae is second after E. coli. The emergence of new genera and species belonging to the family Enterobacteriaceae in the diabetic foot, such as Enterobacter hormaechei, Stutzerimonas stutzeri, and Lelliottia amnigena ,and recommended . The study suggest from the study of the strains belonging to EHEC such as O157:H11, and O104:H4. This study recommends health institutions provide special kits for the detection of E. coli strains. The study also recommends reducing the phenomenon of misuse medicines, because drug resistance has become a global problem and has greatly affected patients with diabetic feet.
