The University of Basrah was chosen as one of the best universities in the world according to the World’s Universities Real Impact classification.

The University of Basrah was ranked among the top 100 universities in the world in the South Korean (WURI) ranking for the year 2023, which was called the ranking of world universities with a real and influential ranking according to the Creative Universities Program.

The university president, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, was invited to present the university’s achievements electronically on the 16th of this month at the conference that will be held in Florida, USA, in which the first universities will be announced, knowing that only 17 universities have been invited to the conference within 6 axes, and the University of Basra was one of them. The three winning international universities in the Crisis Management category.
