Also, a comparative study of the mechanism of action of beta-carotene using transmission and scanning electron microscopy. Efficacy of beta-carotene standardized to purified beta-carotene from Rhodotrula isolates. As well as testing its effectiveness against dermatophytes from a total dose of Dermatophytes and determining the lowest and lethal inhibitory concentration of the purified compound.
