PhD thesis at Basra University to be the effect of some compounds in the induction of callus and the production of compounds in Moringa plant.

The study aims to find out the possibility of researching the study of the effect of the plant part and combinations of growth regulators in the mediu and Studying the possibility of stimulating and producing some medical secondary compounds by using some materials such as Chitosan and nano silver nitrate.

 

 The study prepares the use of different levels of silver nitrate nanoparticles, chitosan and growth regulators in the induction of callus and the induction of compounds from quercetin, myrcetin, and kaempferol. The study recommended to obtain the highest percentage of callus formation and formation when BA was added at a concentration of 4 mg.L-1, with a significant difference from the other concentrations. The emergence of the catalytic effect of silver nanoparticles and chitosan on tissue induction and production of secondary metabolites from induced callus.
