The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra organized a scientific trip for the students of the industrial pollutant pollution course for students of the fourth stage of the morning study.

  The visit took place under the supervision of Inaam Abdel-Amir Abdel-Hussein, a teacher in the Department of Ecology, was to Al-Hartha power station, and the most prominent pollutants resulting from it were reviewed, specifically air and water pollutants generated from the facility, and methods of treatment before they are released to the environment, with the aim of expanding students' perceptions of the course.
