Ameem published a paper entitled "the long-range graded-index hybrid plasmonic waveguide of InGaAsP active layer based on InP " in the" Advanced Engineering Science", which is indexed in Scopus/Web of Science database. the study aims to Using a graded index, the confinement and the propagation length can be improved compared with the conventional one. Propagation length of 40 μm is achieved with better confinement as compared with the traditional hybrid ones.
