The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled Frequency of bacteria in healthy and scalp disease in human by the graduate student Mohammed Hasan Mohammed. The study aims the investigation of bacteria that infect the scalp, treatment and prevention. The study included “Collection and diagnosis of bacterial isolates from healthy and diseased, recording 9 bacterial strains for the first time in the world, Studying the effect of chemical and medical shampoos and testing the effect of antibiotics on the bacteria scalps and the study was recommended the accurate diagnosis of bacteria and immediate treatment of the affected hair scalp, also recommends the need to pay attention to hair hygiene and use appropriate shampoo and clean water in washing hair.
